Put simply, because we are good at what we do,
and what we do is set you up for your own success.
◊
We have a genuine passion for helping couples and families
find creative ways to resolve differences and surmount obstacles
in a way that permits them to move into the future with peace.
◊
Your regrets are our regrets,
so we go beyond expectations to minimize the risk you will have them!
◊
We humbly add that few people have a diversity of experience
as exceptionally suited to successful conflict resolution
as Anne MacIver, founder of R.I.S.E.
◊
Anne is a proud member of the Amicable Divorce Network, the only international organization qualitatively vetting divorce professionals for fair billing practices, commitment to out-of-court resolution, and experience in the field.
This is a major advantage over going to court.
Our court system is taxpayer-funded, which gives taxpayers the right to obtain your divorce records and read about your conflict and your finances. Mediation is a private process. Nothing that happens in mediation—not the offers made, information shared, things said, nor ideas tossed around—can be used against you later, in court or elsewhere.
What happens in mediation stays in mediation.
